IT Support

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Implementation IT infrastructure for daily operation.
  • Regular maintenance of software and hardware components of Computer and Network, Server systems.
  • Troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
  • Repairing and replacing damaged Computer, Server and Network components (Strong in analytical and problem-solving skills).
  • Configuration and troubleshooting CCTV system issues.
  • Taking ownership of duty assigned and manage a logical and methodical manner.
  • Proactively monitor and troubleshoot all IT incidents.
  • IT governance and ensure IT policy compliance.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer University (Fresher Level also welcome), Information Technology or equivalent is more preferable.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application, software and hardware issues.
  • Familiarity with general Operating Systems, Office software and applications.
  • Good knowledge of computer hardware systems.
  • Good understanding of electronic information security.
  • Good communication skills.
  • A good team player who is also able to work independently.
  • Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines.
  • Can travel to other regions and night shift support if needed
