IT Support

For Candidates who would like to apply for IT Support must have following competencies,

Implementation IT infrastructure for daily operation.
Regular maintenance of software and hardware components of Computer and Network, Server systems.
Troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
Repairing and replacing damaged Computer, Server and Network components (Strong in analytical and problem-solving skills).
Configuration and troubleshooting CCTV system issues.
Taking ownership of duty assigned and manage a logical and methodical manner.
Proactively monitor and troubleshoot all IT incidents.
IT governance and ensure IT policy compliance.

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer University (Fresher Level also welcome), Information Technology or equivalent is more preferable.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application, software and hardware issues.
Familiarity with general Operating Systems, Office software and applications.
Good knowledge of computer hardware systems.
Good understanding of electronic information security.
Good communication skills.
A good team player who is also able to work independently.
Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines.
Can travel to other regions and night shift support if needed
