HR Assistant

  • Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and corresponding with candidates.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including paperwork completion, orientation scheduling, and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, both physical and digital, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Assist in organizing employee training sessions and workshops, including logistical arrangements and participant communication.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to employee benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
  • Assist in drafting HR policies, procedures, and other documentation as needed.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling inquiries from employees.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure HR processes align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all HR practices.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR, is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
